

The red-faced turkey vulture – Leads nature’s clean up culture;
The earth’s winged garbage man – Cleans up where’er he can;
He flies around in haste – To sweep up any waste;
A carcass in his way – Becomes his next buffet;
His long and curved beak – Helps him consume the meat;
Sometimes, I feel some dread – When they fly overhead;
A bad omen to see – Like death is stalking me.
