Sometimes, I pass people on the street – And I wonder, why’d we never meet?

Perhaps we could have met in life – Our life-time paths been intertwined.

Perhaps you could have been my friend – Shared jokes and laughter, without end;

Perhaps you could have been my boss – Stressing me out and acting cross;

Or we could have been close school-mates – In college, getting passing grades;

Life has so many mysteries – Fate seems to know what we can’t see;

Yet even still, I’d like to know – What the future has planned for me;

The turtle said no accidents – Things in life are just as fate planned;

Was I supposed to make this blog – And share with you some of my thoughts?

For some reasons here on this blog – our paths in life have briefly crossed –

Why that is, I really know not.
