The Peppered Rocktripe;

Grows from a rock;

How does it do that?;

Most rocks – Have not got;

Alot of nutrients – Like a dirt-filled pot;

Just shows how resilient life can be;

Growing from a rock – stubbornly;

Once I heard Malcolm in Jurassic Park say;

Against all odds, life finds a way;

I wonder 🤔 if this rule applies – To planets far beyond our eyes?;

Does life just exist here on earth 🌎?;

Or elsewhere in the universe?;

I can’t imagine it’s just us – That’s living creatures, made of dust;

The Peppered Rocktripe seems to show;

The odds are that we aren’t alone;

Many more lifeforms may be known;

As we explore beyond our home.
