The bison 🦬 in the grass – Appears very relaxed;
He’s not afraid of me – He’s big, why should he be?;
I wonder, where’s his kin – He took a break from them;
No herd discord for him- Remoteness is a win;
He sure fills up the frame – Burliness is his game;
A huge hump on his back – Face covered in fur, black;
His sharp, protruding horns – his massive head, adorn;
Fur coat growing for Fall – almost no tail at all;
I guess I should move on – He might charge me, ere long;
The Bison 🦬 in the grass – A memory that will last!

Good poem. Bison are memorable beasts.

Thanks 🙏. Unlike the Jackrabbit, these can’t run away from the camera 📸.
